Meeting Minutes September 19, 2013

Meeting called to order 6:30 pm.
Board Members in Attendance: Miller, Glenka, Kolbeck, Leo. Community members in attendance: Lon McCullough, Juliah DeLoach, Phillip Moore, and Jeff & Janet Grelson. Assemblyman Vern Halter, RSA 30 board member Joan Medberry, and DF&G David Holin.
Reading and approval of minutes from August meeting.
Assembly Report:
? TCCSA CIP Report ? Modular building project progressing slowly.
Treasurer?s Report: Checking: $966.16 & Savings: $25.17 = $991.33
Revenue Sharing Project Updates:
FY2010:
? Free Box ? Complete, all funds spent.
? Playground Equipment ? Borough has donated equipment we are waiting to pick it up.
FY2012:
? Oral History – $951 remaining.
? TC Park Operating Costs – $800 remaining for labor.
? Artist in School Program ? Project to begin May 5th.
? Council Administrative Funds ? $731.64 remaining.
Current Mail – Read
Public Forum:
? TC Blue Grass: Phillip Moore addressed concerns seeing as his family owns adjacent property.
? David Holin, DF&G Subsistence Survey: Presentation of preliminary report provided, with a follow-up copy to be mailed for council review.
? Oilwell Road paving to mile 6: RSA 30 wants money from Roads to Resources (RTR) program to pave the first 6 miles of Oilwell Road. They are requesting support of the TCCC for this project.

? In lieu of speed reduction through Trapper Creek, DOTPF wants flashing beakers at Parks Highway intersecting with Susitna & Petersville Roads. Flashing yellow on highway; flashing red on intersecting roads.
? DOTPF introduces Aaron Hughes, Project Manager, Petersville Road Preventative Maintenance ? Under current prescription, the wide shoulder will not be paved. Safety issue does not allow for any additional shoulder/ pavement than what currently exists.
